Submission to UN Special Rapporteur and CEDAW on Malaya Lolas & Philippines Obligations

CenterLaw partnered with the Malaya Lolas Volunteer Network to submit a stakeholder report to the UN Special Rapporteur on Violence against Women and Girls and the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women. This report follows up on the Committee’s recommendations to the Philippines and the Philippine government’s response to those views after the CEDAW 2023 decision.
