Addressing Nuclear Legacy in the Marshall Islands

CenterLaw filed a report to the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, who sought input on several human rights issues. Our inputs clarified the challenges to achieving transitional justice given the legacy of nuclear testing in the Marshall Islands. The Office later cited CenterLaw’s inputs in its final report.
